i had requested an early check in and received confirmation for 8:00 am. upon arrival, i was informed that the hotel was full, and early access wasn't possible. this meant my early check in turned into a late one.

the staff were very cute and pleasant. they catered for all our requirements. breakfast had a good choice of pastries and fruit.

it is impossible to wash your hands. the faucet is too small for the sink. the night stands are also way too small! the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great to put make up on.

the Staff was very attentive. They recommended nice restaurants and provided tips. the Service was excellent and i felt valued as a customer. breakfast in the courtyard was lovely! complementary chocolate was a nice touch.

the Lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. it was difficult to put makeup on because i had to hold the magnifying mirror. night stands were too small, unfortunately. some towels were a bit worn.
